About to launch: Backstage Gallery vintage rock photo community

I'm looking for comments on this question: Do you think there is wide appeal about Boomers (and younger folks who love 70's rock) for framed art on walls at home of photos or vintage rockers? These would not be cheap poster art, and also wouldn't be the $1,500 framed photos signed by famous Rolling Stone photographers that you might see in an art gallery. They'd probably cost about $150. What do you think? thanks, Kim G.

Quite possibly. Another possibility is college students (for a downmarket equivalent). Most university students have a few classic posters that have been recycled for a dozen years - what if they could get access to a "unique" photo of their idols? Seems like there would be a nice service connecting flickr/other photo services/microstock to print high quality posters. This would not be the $150/piece market, but interesting nonetheless.
